Shipping policy
It takes 7 business days to process and ship your order.
- The products are shipped from the United Kingdom.
- Shipping cost depends on your destination zone based on Royal Mail Rates.
- We typically offer tracked delivery. However, depending on the destination, delivery tracking may not be available, so we may have no choice but to send it as standard delivery.
- The shipping costs are grouped into several regions, so the shipping method shown is also grouped accordingly. For some destinations, even when it shows 'standard' delivery, if tracked delivery is available, we will ship your order with tracking. If you have any inquiries, please email us.
- Orders with a total weight of more than 2kg may be separated into 2 or more parcels.
- Order shipped to USA with be ship with Postage Delivery Duties Paid (PDDP). The cost will be covered in the product price. That means you don't have to worry about extra fee when the parcel arrives.
- For countries other than the USA, we are not responsible for any customs fees / tariff or charges when items enter your country.
- Some destination countries may experience longer customs clearance times, which are beyond our control. We appreciate your understanding.
