Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the original packaging and items.

Return

You can return items bought online to us within 14 days of receiving the product via your choice of postal or courier service. We will not accept any liability for any parcels damaged or lost in transit to us. The cost of postage for returns of unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer.

Preorder

It you want to cancel a preorder before shipping, please reply to the order confirmation email. The preorder products can be refunded.
No cancellations after shipping.

Limited items

For limited items, if there is no stock left, we can only refund you if the package is lost or damaged.
